Jay Cutler blows off Mike Tice

Jay Cutler appeared to be upset with the speed of the play calling by his Offensive Coordinator, Mike Tice, Monday night vs. Dallas.  He chose to handle his frustration by yelling at Coach Tice on his way off the field towards their bench.  Mike Tice followed Cutler to the bench where Jay Cutler immediately stood up when Coach Tice sat down beside him and walked away. Reactions like this have contributed to the less than desirable reputation Jay Cutler has built for himself during his football career.  How would you have handled this frustration differently?  How do your players respond to frustration?
